Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a specialist machine called a reformer. Using springs for resistance, it helps build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and support overall body alignment.

Please wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely.
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you're attending your first class and don't yet have a pair, please contact us before your session.
We also recommend bringing a bottle of water.

Absolutely. Our beginner-friendly classes are designed to help you learn the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates in a supportive environment.
Our instructors will guide you through each exercise, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident from your very first session.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your class starts. This gives you time to settle in, meet your instructor and get set up on your reformer.
To ensure classes run smoothly, late entry may not be possible once the session has begun.

Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the class start time.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will result in the loss of that session credit.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another session.

If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist.
Should a space become available, you will automatically be added to the class and notified. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist as early as possible.

As our group classes include exercises that may not be appropriate during pregnancy, we generally advise pregnant clients not to attend regular group sessions. Please get in touch to discuss suitable alternatives.

Not at all. Reformer Pilates is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels and can be adapted to suit beginners through to more experienced clients.
Our instructors will provide modifications and progressions to help you work at a level that feels right for you.

Classes can be booked online through our booking system.
Simply choose your preferred class, create an account and reserve your space. Booking in advance is recommended as class sizes are limited.

If you have an injury, medical condition, are recovering from surgery, or have any concerns about your ability to exercise, please get in touch before booking a class. This allows us to ensure that Reformer Pilates is suitable for you and that we can support you safely during your sessions.
