Pos Pilates is a Reformer Pilates studio based in Scotland, offering group classes, private sessions, and related fitness services.

3.3 We reserve the right to change class schedules, instructors, or availability at any time.

4. Health & Participation

4.1 You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in Reformer Pilates classes.
4.2 It is your responsibility to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before participating.
4.3 Participation is at your own risk, and you should seek medical advice if unsure about your ability to exercise safely.

5. Cancellations & Late Policy

5.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time.
5.2 Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full or deducted from your class pack/membership.
5.3 Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in refusal of entry for safety reasons.

6. Payments, Memberships & Pricing

6.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Memberships and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6.3 We reserve the right to update pricing, offers, and membership structures at any time, with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this website (including text, images, branding, and logos) is owned by or licensed to Pos Pilates.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
